A Total Body Multi–Functional Cardiovascular and Strength Training Class. Utilizing Rowing, Cycling, TRX, Kettlebells, Resistant Bands, Medicine Balls, Aerobic Steps and so much more. New class format each week. 52 – Different Workouts. Come Experience the Program that launched Coach Coyer.
The Ultimate Flexibility, Strength and Full Body Mobility Class. Infused with Dynamic Flexibility, Active Mobility, Power Yoga, Tai-Chi, Deep Static Stretching, Meditation. A Direct Focus on Flexibility, Core Strength, Balance, Mobility and Mental Training. More of a Mind and Body Awakening then a class.
